How long should I steam to heat up my meal?
On average, it takes about 10-15 minutes to heat up a meal. Try to experiment with different steaming times to find your preference.
Can I cook raw food with Steambox?
Steambox was primarily designed for reheating (already cooked) food. However, it is possible to cook/steam certain types of food (vegetables are no big deal). Please be careful when cooking raw meats, chicken, or fish with Steambox. We do not recommend this.
