Refund policy

You can refund your order at any time until your product has been shipped out.

If you are willing to return your order once you received it, please be informed of and follow the steps below*:

1. We only accept unopened products (so with the plastic seal on it still).
2. The first step would be to send us pictures of this, email us at orders@steam-box.com
3. If we can confirm the product is unopened, you can ship it to our Dutch office (we’ll send the address details then). We wouldn’t cover the shipping fees for this.
4. Upon receipt, we will check it again. If all is in order, you will get a full refund, no further questions asked.
